Conveniently located off Hwy 138 (near Hwy 78) in Monroe, Bear Creek Golf Club is a semi-private golfing facility that opened in the spring of 1990. The current owners acquired the course in August 2008 and immediately went to work elevating the facilities and course conditions to rival any of the best courses in the area. Among these initial projects was a renewed focus on maintaining impeccable putting surfaces, rebuilding/ re-sanding course bunkers and upgrading the fairways.
The clubhouse was also renovated and features a fully stocked Pro Shop with separate dining/ meeting area.
